Everyday -- the same, more or less…

Jagaa's wife, Monjago leads us through a typical workday in spring: cleaning out pens, marking sheep, separating them, keeping them organized, herding, milking cows.

Passing Time

Visits to a nursery school, the phone center, the herder kids dormitory, a store and Monjago's mother in the soum (village) of Bayan-Adraga.

Chingiss Who?

In Dadal village, the birthplace of Chingiss Khan, residents share what they know and what they don't about the legend, the man (and his height, weight and appearance).

Deluun Boldog
